Tsingyane Electronics is a national high-tech enterprise incubated by the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen. Founded in August 2020 and headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, it owns two modern production bases covering 30,000 square meters in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and Zhaoqing, Guangdong Province respectively.Leveraging over 20 years of technological accumulation from the industrial team of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Devices at the Research Institute, Tsingyane is committed to becoming a global leader in Powder into Films (PIFs) Technology.
Guided by technological innovation, Tsingyane Electronics specializes in "Powder into Films (PIFs) Technology" and pursues disruptive innovations across the whole industrial chain of "Materials - Processes - Equipment - Applications". Having broken through foreign technological barriers, the company has built China's largest automotive-grade supercapacitor dry-process electrode production line with an annual capacity of 1 million square meters, and taken the lead in completing the commissioning of the fully automated production line for dry-process lithium-ion battery electrodes. It provides efficient and environmentally friendly "new quality productive forces" for the new energy industry.

About the Team

The core team all comes from the Laboratory of Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Devices of Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute. Having been deeply engaged in the field of advanced energy storage devices and materials for more than 18 years, the team has long focused on the research of key technologies for the industrialization of energy storage devices and their materials. It includes 5 masters, 4 doctors, and 6 senior engineers. The team has won 1 Excellence Award of the National Invention Patent Award, 3 provincial and municipal scientific and technological awards, drafted 2 national standards, 4 industry standards, and several group standards, and has been awarded the Contribution Award for Industry Standard Formulation by the China Association for Standardization. Members of the technical team all have more than 10 years of industry experience. They not only have the innovative ability for product iteration but also the strength for large-scale technological amplification. The technical development and technical services they can provide include: developing dry electrode materials for supercapacitors and hybrid supercapacitors and related technical solutions in accordance with technical needs. The team has a profound industrial understanding of supercapacitors, lithium-ion capacitors, and hybrid supercapacitors. Among them, the dry electrode materials for supercapacitors have undergone 7 years of technical accumulation, and their current technical level has reached the same level as internationally commercially available products.
