Dry electrode sheets are an innovative product in the fields of battery electrode manufacturing and supercapacitors. Based on Powder In Situ Forming (PIFs) technology, they completely break through the limitations of traditional wet processes and achieve disruptive optimization of the production flow.
Unlike conventional wet processes, which require three separate steps—slurry preparation, coating, and calendaring—dry electrode sheets integrate these three procedures efficiently into one single step. The entire process uses no liquid solvents or complex drying systems; electrodes are formed solely through precise processing of powder materials.
The production is clean and efficient:First, active materials, conductive agents, and special binders are uniformly mixed in specific ratios to ensure even dispersion and strong bonding.Next, the mixed powder undergoes fibrillation to form a stable network support structure. Finally, it is compacted through composite film-forming technology, and qualified dry electrode sheets are obtained after cutting.
