On September 12th, the "2nd Technology Development Sharing Conference of Guangdong Automobile Industry Association (GADA) & the 31st GAC Special Research Conference", co-hosted by Guangdong Automobile Industry Association and GAC Training Center, and undertaken by Guangzhou Yinpai Battery Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Jitai Chemical Co., Ltd., and Tsingyane, was successfully held at Guangzhou Yinpai. With the theme of "Mastering Battery Intelligence · Creating a Shared Future", this event brought together nearly 200 technical experts, R&D personnel and other professionals from Guangdong's automobile enterprises, higher vocational colleges and various invested enterprises of GAC Group. They conducted in-depth exchanges on the development trend of power battery technology, breakthroughs in core materials and industrial application, injecting new impetus into solving industry technical problems and promoting the coordinated development of the industrial chain.
At the beginning of the event, Yuan Haobo, Deputy General Manager of Guangzhou Yinpai, delivered a speech. He pointed out that the new energy vehicle industry is currently facing a historic development opportunity, and battery technology innovation and industrial collaboration have become the core driving forces for the high-quality development of the industry. He stated that an open and shared technical exchange platform will be built to promote in-depth integration of industry, university and research, and accelerate the transformation of technology into practical applications.

In the main sharing session, representatives of industry enterprises brought multi-dimensional technical insights. Yinpai Battery, with the topic of "Power Battery Industry Trends and Yinpai's Practice", shared its mass production experience in the fields of ultra-fast charging batteries and non-thermal propagation technology, clearly demonstrating GAC's innovative path in balancing battery safety and energy density. Hubei Wanrun New Materials Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. focused on introducing the key technologies and applications of oxide composite solid-state electrolytes, providing solid theoretical support for the next-generation battery system. To help enterprises comply with EU regulations, SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd. comprehensively interpreted the response practices of EU battery regulations in the automobile industry in combination with the latest policy requirements.

In the group discussion session, the Material Technology Group and the Process Technology Group conducted in-depth discussions around relevant topics respectively.
Organized by Tsingyane, the Process Technology Group addressed common pain points encountered in the actual industrialization process, such as "stability of dry electrode large-scale production", "improvement of lamination process efficiency" and "cost control of non-destructive testing technology". Focusing on the three industrialization goals of "large-scale production, high efficiency and low cost", the group explored R&D breakthroughs in dry electrodes, the quality control value of real-time in-welding testing, and the optimization direction of the 587Ah battery lamination process, and formed a number of ideas with practical application value.

In the event summary session, Dr. Wang Chen from Tsingyane delivered a speech on behalf of the Process Technology Group, focusing on technology implementation and efficiency improvement, and systematically shared multi-dimensional practical results. He mentioned that relying on its independent powder film-forming technology, Tsingyane promotes cost reduction from four core dimensions: process optimization, material selection, equipment upgrading and industrial application, effectively transforming technical advantages into cost competitiveness at the production end. In terms of quality control, the non-destructive testing technology of Liying Laser can realize the full-process precise control of electrode alignment and welding quality, which not only replaces the traditional destructive metallographic testing but also avoids material loss during the testing process, providing a guarantee for production stability. In terms of balancing production capacity and cost, Green Sun Technology has made breakthroughs through lamination process innovation. Its optimized combination scheme of "2-cut 4-stack integrated machine + manipulator" has successfully matched the production rhythm of the entire production line, while narrowing the single battery premium to 1.8%. With the advancement of large-scale production in the future, the cost performance of this process will be further highlighted.
Finally, Li Jin, a battery expert from GAC Group's large R&D system, made professional comments on the discussion results of each group. Zheng Qin, Secretary-General of Guangdong Automobile Industry Association, stated in his concluding speech that this event not only promoted the sharing of technical experience within the industry but also formed a number of practical solutions through group discussions, laying a solid foundation for Guangdong's automobile industry to seize opportunities in global competition.

"Mastering Battery Intelligence · Creating a Shared Future" – as a leader in the disruptive innovative technology of dry electrodes, Tsingyane has always been guided by industry needs, continuously giving play to its technical advantages and industrial collaboration capabilities, and helping China's automobile industry achieve high-quality development.
