On September 22, the Industrial Ecosystem Conference on Novel Energy Storage and New Power Systems, themed "Jointly Building a New Power Ecosystem, Intelligently Mapping a Zero-Carbon Blueprint", grandly kicked off in Guangzhou. Shenzhen Tsingyane Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tsingyane), as an ecosystem partner, attended the conference, with Chairman Wang Chen and Deputy General Manager Li Xin representing the company.

Currently, solid-state batteries, leveraging the dual advantages of high safety and high energy density, have become the core development direction of next-generation battery technology. The dry-process technology, which requires no solvents and simplifies processes, can significantly reduce costs and improve electrode sheet performance, providing key support for the commercialization of solid-state batteries.

As a leading enterprise in the dry-process field, Tsingyane has built a full-chain innovation system covering "equipment - materials - industrialization" in the solid-state dry-process sector, and successfully broken through the core technical bottlenecks in dry-process electrode preparation.

  • In terms of equipment: It launched a dual-sided film-forming composite integrated machine for dry-process, breaking foreign monopoly, and achieving high-speed production with ±1μm precision and 50m/min speed; the material residue rate of the mixing and homogenizing integrated machine is less than 0.5%.

  • In terms of materials: The modified PTFE-based dry-process binder, combined with the independently developed three-stage mixing system, can significantly enhance the fiberization effect; the dry-process carbon-coated foil has excellent performance and is compatible with multiple battery types.

  • In terms of industrialization: It has built China’s first 0.1GWh fully automatic dry-process electrode production line, establishing an industry benchmark for green intelligent manufacturing and significantly reducing production costs.

Tsingyane’s technological achievements provide full-chain support for solid-state batteries, ranging from core process equipment and key materials to large-scale production lines. It not only solves the problems of solid-state electrolyte compatibility and interface impedance through high-precision film-forming and interface optimization technologies, but also promotes the industrialization of solid-state batteries towards high energy density, low cost and long service life with solvent-free green manufacturing and efficient mass production capabilities.

This time, Tsingyane officially became a signed ecosystem partner of the National Novel Energy Storage Innovation Center. This not only represents the center’s high recognition of Tsingyane’s technical strength, product value and industry influence, but also marks the entry of their cooperation into a new stage.
