It has precise temperature control capability, with the roll surface temperature uniformity reaching ±1.5°C for electric heating and ±1°C for oil heating to ensure production stability; it supports single-sided film forming and on-line compounding verification, reducing the dependence on the self-supporting property of the film, thereby reducing the usage of PTFE and effectively controlling production costs; equipped with edge trimming + automatic deviation correction functions, it improves the neatness of film edges and winding alignment.
