From May 15 to 17, 2025, the global new energy industry turned its attention to the CIBF2025 International Battery Exhibition. Shenzhen Tsingyane Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tsingyane") made its appearance with the theme "Breaking Boundaries through Innovation · Leading the Future with Intelligence," showcasing a number of disruptive technological achievements. From material system innovation to equipment manufacturing upgrades, Tsingyane is driving the upgrading of the lithium battery industry through dry electrode technology, opening up new tracks in the global energy transition.

Shenzhen Tsingyane Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. is an innovative technology enterprise established with the support of the Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute. Headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong, it has modern production bases in Changzhou, Jiangsu, and Zhaoqing, Guangdong. The company's core competitiveness lies in the Powder-Into-Film Technology (PIFSTM) derived from the Advanced Energy Storage Materials and Devices Laboratory of the Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute. After 18 years of research and development, this technology breaks through the limitations of traditional wet processes, enabling efficient preparation of electrode materials through solvent-free dry film-forming. It not only significantly reduces energy consumption and pollution but also achieves internationally leading levels in key indicators such as compaction density and porosity.
At this exhibition, Tsingyane dynamically demonstrated the hybrid homogenizer and double-sided film-forming composite machine, and exhibited six dry electrode material systems including silicon-based pole pieces and graphite pole pieces. Their characteristics of high capacity, high rate, and high energy density triggered a technological upsurge, with a constant stream of visitors exchanging ideas at the booth.

Tsingyane's booth is not only a showcase of technology but also an aggregation platform for the industrial ecosystem:

The "Powder Film-Forming Double-Sided Composite Integrated Equipment" jointly launched by Tsingyane and Tsingyanaco became the focus of the exhibition. Upgraded from the first-generation single-sided composite equipment in 2024, this equipment has a production speed of 50m/min and a single-unit annual capacity of 0.5GWh, marking that dry electrode technology has officially entered the stage of small-scale mass production. Compared with traditional wet processes, its solvent-free feature significantly reduces energy consumption and costs. At the same time, it solves the industry pain point of contact efficiency between electrode sheets and electrolytes through surface modification technology (such as the new patent "Method for Improving Wettability of Dry Electrode Sheets"), providing technical support for the fast charge-discharge performance of high-energy-density batteries.
At the booth, Tsingyane attracted in-depth discussions with many international friends. Against the backdrop of the global advocacy for green energy transition, dry electrode technology, with its unique advantages, is becoming a new force for global changes in the industry.
CIBF2025 is not only a window to display Tsingyane's technical strength but also a milestone in its transition from an "innovator" to a "rule-maker." As a national high-tech enterprise, Tsingyane continues to increase R&D investment, establishing joint laboratories with Tsinghua University and other universities to form an integrated "industry-university-research-application" innovation system. In the future, the company will continue to focus on powder film-forming technology, expand application scenarios in new energy, high-end electronics, etc., and provide Chinese solutions for global green manufacturing.
