On July 24th, the high-speed wide-format (solid-state) dry electrode equipment independently developed by Tsingyane and Tsingyanak was successfully delivered to a leading domestic automaker, and a joint delivery ceremony was held by both parties. This is China's first high-speed wide-format dry electrode film-forming composite equipment, marking the company's key breakthrough in the field of cutting-edge manufacturing technology for solid-state batteries and further verifying the technical maturity and industrialization adaptability of its dry electrode equipment.

The on-site delivery ceremony was hosted by Dr. Chang Yi, the client's dry process technology project director, and Dr. Li Jin, the technical director, delivered a speech. Dr. Chang Yi pointed out that dry electrode, as one of the core technologies for next-generation battery manufacturing, is a key technology to improve the performance of solid-state batteries, with huge advantages in environmental friendliness, manufacturing efficiency, and cost savings. Dr. Li Jin emphasized that the equipment delivered by Tsingyanak this time is currently the most technologically advanced dry electrode equipment in China with the fastest speed and the widest width, meeting the technical needs of power battery manufacturing, laying a solid foundation for the company's future large-scale mass production in the direction of solid-state batteries, and also a key step in the company's layout of next-generation battery technology.

Dr. Wang Chen, chairman of Tsingyane and Tsingyanak, first expressed his gratitude for the client's trust and recognition in his speech, and emphasized that the successful delivery of this project fully reflects Tsingyane's technical strength in the field of dry electrodes. He stated that they will continue to increase R&D investment, and with high-quality manufacturing and high-quality delivery, help clients maintain a leading edge in the field of solid-state batteries.

After the speech session, the leaders of both parties jointly unveiled the equipment.
The high-speed wide-format (solid-state) dry electrode equipment delivered by Tsingyanak has a width of 800mm and a maximum speed of 50m/min. It has the advantages of solvent-free, low energy consumption, and high efficiency, supports precise control of key parameters such as pressure, temperature, and speed, and realizes one-stop green manufacturing from powder to electrode sheets.

The equipment has high material compatibility, suitable for multi-process exploration and production line verification by clients such as mainstream automakers and cell enterprises; it has high integration and strong intelligence, meeting the requirements of clients for multi-batch and precise control in the pilot test stage, and at the same time meeting the high requirements of solid-state batteries for process stability and performance consistency.

In recent years, as cell enterprises and automakers have accelerated the layout of next-generation power batteries, solid-state batteries have attracted much attention due to their advantages such as high safety and high energy density. At the same time, dry electrode technology has become an important process path for solid-state batteries by virtue of its environmental protection and efficiency advantages.

As one of the earliest domestic enterprises to lay out the integration of dry process and equipment, Tsingyanak has always adhered to technological research and development and market expansion, has formed a complete technical system and product matrix, and has the full-process delivery capability from laboratory, pilot test to mass production line. Its dry electrode equipment has been widely used in many mainstream battery and vehicle enterprises.
In the future, Tsingyane will adhere to the orientation of technological innovation, and together with Tsingyanak, accelerate the large-scale application of dry equipment in solid-state and next-generation battery systems. Tsingyane has launched special binders and special carbon-coated foils for dry electrodes to help the mass production of dry electrode processes and inject continuous momentum into the green and efficient development of the new energy industry.
